ENGINE REBUILD


WHAT WE NEED WITH THE BLOCK

WHAT WE DON’T NEED

1. FRONT COVER WITH LOW PRESSURE OIL PUMP AND COVER STAYS WITH BLOCK (REMOVE ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES FROM FRONT OF ENGINE).
2. REAR COVER OR BELL HOUSING IF IT IS AN MF7 OR VT365 OR 6.0 FORD ONLY STAYS WITH BLOCK (REMOVE FLYWHEEL AND ADAPTERS REMOVE GEAR DRIVEN ACCESSORIES (FUEL PUMP HYDRAULIC PUMP FROM REAR COVER)
3. OIL FILTER HOUSING AND HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS AND COVERS (OIL OR FUEL) STAY WITH BLOCK.(REMOVE INTAKE AND ALL TURBO PARTS AND EGR PARTS)
4. CYLINDER HEADS WITH PUSH ROD AND ROCKER ASSEMBLIES ROCKER BOXES STAYS WITH BLOCK (REMOVE VALVE COVERS OIL RAILS INJECTORS GLOW PLUGS AND HARNESSES AND EXHAUST MANIFOLDS.
5. OIL PAN  AND OIL COOLERS STAY WITH BLOCK (REMOVE ALL FLUIDS THIS INCUDES THE OIL IN THE PAN)
6. A TAG WITH COMPANY NAME, BUS #,  REASON FOR FAILURE, AND ANY OTHER INFO YOU CAN GIVE US
